Guests are invited to kick off the first Friday of each month at one of Downtown Las Vegas’ hottest outdoor dining spots – Carson Kitchen from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Enjoy delectable bites prepared by Chef John Courtney and swigs sponsored by Breakthru Beverage, all for $8 each. A portion of the proceeds will benefit Keep Memory Alive. The following happy hour will be available on the rooftop patio only:
Carson Kitchen, founded in partnership by the late Chef Kerry Simon and hospitality veteran, Cory Harwell, has become widely known as one of the top restaurants in Las Vegas since its opening in June 2014 with accolades such as 2015 “Best New Restaurant” by Best of Las Vegas and 2014 “Neighborhood Restaurant of the Year” by Desert Companion.
