Live Mermaid Feedings at Aquarium at Silverton

The mermaid aquarium at Silverton Hotel Las Vegas holds 117,000 gallons of water with over 4,000 living fish, rays, sharks and of course, mermaids. Visit this free Las Vegas attraction to experience mermaid performances and animal feedings. During the shark feedings, the professional marine biologist on staff dives into the tank and interacts with guests using a communication mask. There is also a question and answer portion of the feeding show.
Bellagio Conservatory and Botanical Gardens

The flowers, trees, and other plants in Bellagio’s soaring atrium are fresh and alive, grown in a 5-acre greenhouse. The artistic floral arrangements and ornamental landscaping here is breathtaking. Displays change each season, and the lighted holiday displays in December (for Christmas) and January (for Chinese New Year) are particularly dramatic. Live musical performances take place in the South Garden daily 5–6 pm.

There is an opportunity to feed the fish and you’ll see some of the wildlife roaming the grounds freely.
Circus Acts at Circus Circus

Las Vegas give families a little glimpse into the circus world. Acrobats, magicians, and jugglers hit the stage in this action packed ten minute segment. What can you see? The Flying Poemas, an aerialist quartet do a triple somersault while blindfolded; African Acrobats International performing contortion, juggling and human pyramid building; and Artem Khomanko doing speed juggling and stilt walking. The world’s largest permanent circus takes place in the center stage of the carnival midway inside Circus Circus. Performances are held every half hour starting at 11 a.m.

Located in Downtown Las Vegas, the Fremont Street Experience offers free nightly shows featuring 12.5 million lights and 550,000 watts of amazing sound. The show is often paired with free concerts and other special events. It’s a modern twist on old-school Vegas. The show starts every hour on the hour from 7 p.m. to midnight. On the east end of the street, walk through the outdoor Neon Museum, which hosts some of the old hotels’ neon signs.
