Early Tuesday afternoon the Monte Carlo suffered a massive blackout of it’s electricity, just minutes after a purported last minute test of the T-Mobile Arena electrical system. Visitors were surprised around 1:30pm on Friday April 1st, when the lights completely went out leaving all guests without any method of seeing. Photos sent by a visitor to our publication show a completely dark casino and mall, with only backup emergency lighting in some places, and virtual darkness in others.
