Blau and Associates, the fast growing successful Las Vegas local restaurant company is currently hiring for qualified applicants for two of their restaurants. Blau and Associates was founded by Elizabeth Blau, who was mentored by famed restauranteur Sirio Maccioni. Blau and Associates is also co-owned by local celebrity chef, and husband Kim Canteenwalla.
