4 Ways to Make Your Vegas Trip One for the Books

For many people, Vegas has always been something to tick off their bucket list. It’s one of the most visited cities in the United States, and it’s known for being one of the largest entertainment hubs in the world. Basically, if you’re looking for a party or even just want to let your hair down for a bit, Vegas is where you want to go. But for someone who’s never been, it can be quite intimidating. With so many things to do, how do you know what’s worth squeezing into your trip? We’ll be going over four of the most popular attractions in Vegas, so that anyone can find something fun to do on their trip, no matter what they’re looking for.

Visit a casino

Look, you can’t really call it a Vegas trip without at least one trip to a casino. You may think casinos aren’t your thing – and that’s okay! Even if you aren’t into gambling, visiting a casino in Vegas is sure to be an experience. If, however, you are someone who enjoys gambling (responsibly, of course), then you’ll feel like a kid in a candy store as soon as you step foot in a Vegas casino. Whether you want to play the slots or you want the best Vegas odds and lines, Vegas is sure to provide you with a wide variety of betting options.

Don’t skimp on the hotel

It may be tempting to get the cheapest motel room and save your money for the Vegas experience, but staying in a true Vegas hotel is the experience. Or at least part of it. Due to Vegas attracting so many noticeable figures, many of the hotels have interesting histories and stories attached to them. If you’ll only be going on your trip in a few years and you’re just planning for now, you may want to save up so that you can live in The Drew once it opens.

Visit Madame Tussauds

If you’re looking for a more family friendly activity, or you’ll all partied out and just want a fun day out, Madame Tussauds will be the place for you. Is there any more suitable place for a museum filled with wax figures of celebrities than Vegas? Take a leisurely stroll between the figures – and don’t forget to take some selfies with your favorite celebrities. If you want to know how these wax figures are made, click here.

See a show

Vegas is known for entertainment, so be prepared to be entertained. No matter what kind of show you’re after, Vegas will more than likely have it. Whether you’re in the mood for a story, some music, or laughter, you’ll find a show that can give it to you. Vegas is known for its many comedy shows, so if you want the true Vegas experience, we recommend you start there. If you’ve never been to a comedy show, then this will be the perfect time to dip your toe sin the water. Just be sure you’re aware of the proper etiquette for such shows.
