Chef Stephen Blandino Brings Sexy Food to Desert Shores Lakes of Las Vegas

Chef Stephen Blandino will be bringing his culinary skills and business to the Desert Shores of Las Vegas. The master-planned 3,351-acre residential and recreation gem of a community is located in the shadow of the foothills of northwest Las Vegas. This community is strategically placed around four large sparkling lakes. The main lake, Lake Jacqueline, is the site of many private parties and special community events. This desirable destination is a perfect fit for a fine dining scenery.

The restaurant will feature modern culinary creations inspired by the many cultures throughout America, with a menu whose authentic dishes will draw inspiration from European cuisine influences, such as the Foie Gras Terrine with Nutella, Raspberry Spaghetti & Figs, the White Peach Burrata & Prosciutto dish or the Golden Egg Carbonara with Truffles, to create an experience that is uniquely American, creating the perfect getaway.

Chef Stephen Blandino says, “Desert Shores was an obvious choice for me to launch my first restaurant because I also relocated to this community to truly make Americana my passion both personally and professionally. It’s my goal to create an approachable, upscale experience that is community driven, providing a great place to mingle, dine and lounge.” The menu is driven by daily specials based on the fresh catch of the day and Weekly Harvest offerings that will be a staple at Americana featuring a tasting menu paired with unlimited wine.

As the former Executive Chef of renowned Chef Charlie Palmer’s restaurant, Blandino is accustomed to a well-pedigreed menu which gratifies steak and seafood aficionados. He does not take for granted his time spent with Charlie Palmer and intends to continue to be inspired by the constant evolution of the industry. Always looking for new and innovative cooking techniques is a passion having been inspired by the best of the best in the industry.

This spacious, unique space will include an al fresco dining area and a library media room with access to audiovisual services for meetings. Cocktails and small gatherings will have exclusive access to indoor and outdoor experiences at the venue. At Americana Las Vegas, Chef Blandino’s menu showcases natural flavors and unique ingredients by working with the top purveyors in the city.

Hours of operations will be Tuesday-Thursday, 4pm-10pm, and Friday-Saturday, 4pm-11pm. Closed Mondays. Happy hour will be daily 4pm-6pm with small bites and bar specials.
