Everyone is talking about Sake Rok, and there is a good reason. It’s bringing one of the most unique restaurant and entertainment experiences to the Las Vegas strip, and everyone is talking about it. The part restaurant, and part crazy Japanese pop culture scene, will bring both amazing food and exciting experience Vegas, opening April 4th, 2016.
“We are thrilled to introduce Sake Rok to Las Vegas,” said CEO and Owner Albert Mack. “Transporting guests to the streets of Tokyo, Sake Rok will redefine the typical dining experience with playful yet delicious cuisine and spontaneous performances that will keep the party going all night long.”
In the Kitchen will be Chef Bobby Silva, known for being the culinary genius behind Sushi Samaba’s consistent menu, he will be bringing “playful” Japanese favorites, created in a way that only Silva can do.
The menus will not only continue unique creations like the Tuna Tataki garnished with crispy garlic, avocado, coriander and a citrus soy sauce and the ROK Chicken with crispy bok choy, sweet potato puree and spicy teriyaki sauce, but will have an extensive Sushi bar with numerous specialty rolls and the top quality fresh fish.
Sake Rok describes itself in a press release as a “design of modern industrial elements with bold, bright and colorful accents. Distressed murals inspired by the underground graffiti scene – created and painted by local artist Crystal Solis – line the walls while enchanting Japanese signage hangs from above.”
