SCANDAL: Revenge Porn Scandal Rocks Las Vegas Fire Department

According Attorney Jenny Foley, a video involving a female firefighter engaged in sexual acts was illegally stolen and circulated amongst the Las Vegas Fire and Rescue Department. Worse, she claims that the department has not taken appropriate action and just “swept the allegations under the rug.”

“We are asking for the people mentioned in our letter, to preserve any and all evidence that they may or may not have, and yes, some of those people are very highly placed within the Las Vegas fire department,” said Foley.

The City of Las Vegas says that they are investigating the matter, and an attorney with the City told PaceVegas confidentially that they are taking the allegations very seriously, but can’t comment on the record because there is a current investigation.

Currently the female firefighter, who is anonymous currently, to protect her job and public humiliation, has not filed a lawsuit – but is considering if the Department does not take the allegations seriously.

This comes only a year after another sex scandal rocked the department where firefighters were having orgies at a local station during work hours.

And even before that, a former Las Vegas emergency medical technician claimed that sex in fire stations was the norm. The technician, Mallissa Barthule, estimated that she had sex in 13 different fire stations between 2008 and 2015.
